I met a guy, his name was Tom.

we had to work in pairs for our chem lab experiment yesterday. my partner was an Australian called Tom. he was a bachelor of science student, aiming to transfer into vet school next year. and i honestly think he is going to make the cut for it. alike tom, if i miraculously manage to get all H1s for Sem2, i would like to transfer to either medicine or dentistry either in melb or back in singapore. BUT, unlike tom, tom studies extremely hard (he admitted it to me himself), and he actually did crazily well for his Sem1 and the recent midsem test, his average (if i remember correctly) was 90% odd. and when i look at myself, i obviously pale in comparison with regards to academic achievement and his drive.
and now i'm starting to question, what the hell i am doing.
oh well.
on the bright side, i got another job! as a customer service officer under Horner recruitment with an trade event company. i start work on the 18-21st of this month at Caulfield racecourse which is... extremely far:( Travelling is going to be a huge pain as i would have to set off at 6am in the morning on those days.
and i had another job offer from black tie catering for the royal melbourne show which.. yes i'm going to reject, because a friend of mine is coming down to melbourne during that period:)
and...... holidays are here! well.. not really, it officially starts tomorrow evening but after i am done with this stupid physics seminar and individual report. woohoooo..

Celebrated eunice's birthday with her trinity bunch and her parents at the Number 8 restaurant at Crown. it was a crazy extravagant dinner i must say. we had 2 entrees, one that was shared and the other... a dozen oysters per person! (pity that i dont appreciate the apparent goodness of oysters)
